Painting
Interior and exterior repainting, feature walls toned down to neutrals, ceilings, doors, trims and fences.
Repairs and handyman work
Patching holes and cracks, sticking doors, broken handles, loose tiles, fly screens, tap washers, and the small things buyers and building inspectors notice.
Flooring
Carpet replacement, timber floor sanding and polishing, or a new floor where the old one is holding the price back.
Gardens and exterior
Garden clean-up, mulching, hedging, lawn tidy, pressure washing paths, driveways and decks. First impressions start at the kerb.
Decluttering and rubbish removal
Clearing out what's not going with you, so rooms look bigger in photos.

A full presale clean, inside and out, timed for just before photos.
Styling

04 Photo updates. You get SMS and email photos as each stage is done.

What does presale property preparation include?
Whatever your property needs to look its best for sale. That's usually a mix of repairs, painting, flooring, gardens, decluttering, cleaning and styling. We scope it with you first and only quote what's worth doing.
Is it worth preparing a house before selling?
Buyers judge a home in the first few seconds, online and at the open day. Fresh paint, a tidy garden and a deep clean help photos look better and stop buyers from mentally subtracting repair costs. Your agent can tell you what matters most for your market.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. Most presale jobs are done in days to a couple of weeks. You'll get a timeline with your quote, worked back from your agent's photo date.
Can you work with my real estate agent?
Yes. We work with your agent's campaign dates and keep them updated. If you don't have an agent yet, we can refer one.
Do I need to be there while the work is done?
No. Many clients are at work, interstate or overseas. We manage access and send photo updates as each stage is done.
Can I choose which jobs to do?
